At SPP Silks, we take immense pride in the quality of our handwoven sarees and clothing. Each piece undergoes a rigorous quality check before leaving our stores in Coimbatore or Erode. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Eligibility for Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange, please ensure that:
- The request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The item is in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags/Silk Mark tags intact.
- The product is in its original packaging.
- Note: Saree falls, edging (Zari work), or custom-stitched blouses make the item ineligible for return or exchange.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom-tailored or altered garments.
- Sarees with falls and zig-zag stitching completed.
- Items purchased during Clearance Sales or Festive Promotions.
- Jewelry and accessories (for hygiene reasons).
3. The Exchange Process
To initiate an exchange, follow these steps:
- Email us at support@sppsilks.com or WhatsApp us at [Insert Number] with your Order ID and photos of the product.
- Once approved, you can ship the item back to our Coimbatore/Erode flagship store.
- Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we will issue a store credit note or ship your exchanged item within 5-7 business days.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a reverse pickup (where available) and provide a replacement at no extra cost.
