At SPP Silks, we are committed to delivering your heritage weaves safely and on time. Whether you are ordering from within India or from across the globe, we ensure that every package is handled with the utmost care.
FOR DOMESTIC ORDERS (WITHIN INDIA)
Free Shipping: SPP Silks is pleased to offer shipping across all states in India at our own cost. We believe in providing a seamless shopping experience without hidden delivery charges.
Processing Time: All domestic orders are typically processed within 4-8 working days.
Trusted Couriers: We partner with reputed domestic courier companies to ensure your products reach you in perfect condition.
Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, we will send you an email containing the Airway Bill (AWB) number or Docket number, allowing you to track your shipment in real-time.
FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (OUTSIDE INDIA)
Processing Time: All international orders are processed within 6-12 working days.
Global Logistics: We ship through world-renowned international courier partners such as FedEx, DHL, and UPS to guarantee global reach and safety.
Tracking Info: You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the Shipper’s Reference Number (Airway Bill) and the details of the courier company.
Delivery Liability: While we strive for perfection, SPP Silks is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen time lags by the courier companies or instances where the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery.
Customs & Duties: Please note that any Customs Duties or Import Taxes applicable in your country are determined by local government regulations. These charges are billed separately to the customer by the courier company at the time of delivery.
Payment Clarification: Duties and taxes are not included in the payment made to SPP Silks. Similarly, Octroi or entry taxes (where applicable) must be borne by the customer.
REMOTE AREA SURCHARGE (RAS)
Policy: According to the policies of our international carriers, an additional surcharge may be levied if the shipping address is classified as a "Remote Area" by the courier service.
Procedure: This Remote Area Surcharge (RAS) is not charged at the time you place your order on our website. If your address falls under this category, our team will inform you via email before shipping.
Payment: In such cases, the surcharge must be paid through our website link provided by our support team.
Order Cancellation: If the surcharge is not settled within 3 days of our notification, SPP Silks reserves the right to cancel the order and process a refund.
CUSTOMS CLEARANCE
Customer Responsibility: Any additional taxes, import duties, or customs clearance charges levied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Direct Payment: You are liable to pay the carrier directly for these charges to release your shipment from customs.
Local Regulations: We recommend that customers familiarize themselves with the import laws and regulations of their specific country before placing an order to ensure a smooth delivery process.
